Upgrading your website may be take more than several hours.
Buy at least 5 hours of service for Major upgrade(1.6.x to 1.7.x or 8.x).
This amount is prepaid. If you need to pay more amount after end upgrading , you will be informed. If the amount paid is more than the upgrade fee, it will be saved in your account for future use.
The upgrade is guaranteed.
The Prestashop upgrade package does not include the upgrade of themes and miscellaneous modules.
By purchasing this Prestashop package, your website will be upgraded to the latest stable version. Before the major upgrade, your website's theme will be changed to the default theme and miscellaneous modules will be disabled.
If you want to install and adjust the theme after upgrading, you should send us the compatible theme file with the installed version of PrestaShop.
If you need more explanation, you can contact us through support system.
Please note that major upgrades require more time to adjust the theme and fix problems. We prefer to perform the upgrade once on a trial basis on the subdomain and then on the main version of the website.
